Description of Assignment
What you need to tell John Evans Photography:
- Provide map of site with the North Point accurately marked.
- Exact location of the site to be photographed.
- A written brief on what is to be photographed.
- Areas to be photographed and number of images expected.
- Are there any key features to be highlighted?
- Is the commission to be shared with a third party? This needs to be established before commencement.
Site location
- Contacts: names and numbers of building security personnel.
- Has all the construction been completed?
- Are all windows and cladding clean, ready to be photographed?

- I have public liability cover valued at £1 million.

Fees
Having negotiated the fees for the commission, a purchase order will be required from your accounts department in order to facilitate payment.
A shared commission with a third party will bear an additional fee.
